Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the reader (“User”) and FactPlay (“FactPlay,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing access to and use of factplay.xyz and any related services, newsletters, feeds, or features (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree, the Site should not be accessed or used.

Accounts and Security (if applicable)

- Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of login credentials.

- FactPlay may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected misuse.

Copyright Infringement
If a User believes content on the Site infringes intellectual property rights, a detailed notice may be sent to legal@factplay.xyz with URLs, a description of the work allegedly infringed, contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy. FactPlay may remove or disable access to the material and take appropriate actions at its discretion.
Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on factplay.xyz. By using the Site, Users acknowledge and agree to the processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
FactPlay may suspend or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under these Terms will cease immediately.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any supplemental policies or terms referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer), constitute the entire agreement between the User and FactPlay regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on the subject.
